Here we go AGAIN!

1) The film does NOT show what ACTUALLY happened! The photo DOES show an Ambulance but it does NOT show if Mr K had moved over BECAUSE of the Ambulance

2) The moment that PRESSURE was put on the authorities to be sensible, they CANCELLED the charge! Simply refusing to pay the fine and going to court would PROBABLY (note that word) have had EXACTLY the same effect! The people who assess whetehr a fine should be levied are NOT (repeat NOT!) police officers! They will simple 'civvy' employees!

Now give evidencve for that SECOND example!

When you have BEEN in Police cars that HAVE stopped people, you will hear the UTTER B*LL*X claimed about the 'pull'! The 'barman' in your example dosn't even SLIGHTLY mention anything which preceded the 'pull' nor does he mention his attitude to the policeman WHEN he was pulled! The NEXT thing you'll tell me is that he was 'proceeding at 28mph........'..... We've heard it ALL before!
