See the thread below about the differant Sky HD Boxes. I found out something very interesting!!

Remember last year when we were chewing over the differances between Plasma and LCD and screen size? I eventually bit the bullet and went for a complete Pioneer AV system. Opted for the KRP 500 TV. What a piece of kit!

When Watching a HD Simulcast i.e Ch4 HD, Press the 'i' Button to see if it was ACTUALLY recorded in HD. It will list of icons in the top right of the 'i' panel. If HD is not shown the you are watching an SD programme in a HD Transmission and may not notice much differance.
