Mansells journey to the top was far more diffucult then the priveleged start that Lewis has had...i think questions would have been asked if Lewis hadnt delivered the title to be honest...afterall he had been getting trained to the job by mclaren for a good few years afterall.
i dont think Mansells championship winning title is any more or less valuable...yes Mansell had more drivers on the grid than lewis..but both of them started most of the races on the front 2 rows of the grid so neither of them was racing the driver in 20th position were they.
you need to look at their performances against their team mates in equal equipment....both Lewis and Mansell made their respective team mates look silly. IMO both of their titles are equal in value.
