There ARE serious p-lans to fit speed limiters to cars.... and I DO mean SERIOUS plans.

Secondly, perhaps YOU'D like to explain why the Govt. are SO pleased with the A14 'experiment'. Not ONLY has it reduced the deaths, serious injuries and ALL classes of accidents but it has also cut the FINES (or as YOU would put it.... the 'revenue generated'....) to about 17% of the PREVIOUS system..... If money WAS the reason, can you explain to us why they don't simply REMOVE the SPECS from the A14.......?

No....?
