Who would disagree with QoT's view..... except to say that THIS guy is NOT the sort of rider who will CARE about being banned for a yewar, a month or even for LIFE! He didn't have a licence or insurance anyway...., that show EXACTLY how much he cares about it!

If we had to display our licences in our windscreen/windshield ALL the time we are driving, PLUS a valid insurance 'disk', then the Police would have some HOPE of controlling this sort of behaviour. However, there'd be some of you whining that it was a 'Police/Nanny State'..... if we DID bring in a law like that!
