...what all the argument is about.

If speed limits ARE reduced....and if they ARE enforced, there are two possible outcomes...
A) There is no effect on KSI RTA's
B) There is a REDUCTION in KSI RTA's.

If its the latter, then there will be lots of people who will benefit.

If its the former, whats the problem? Has anyone EXTRA died? Has anyone, in fact been seriously affected?...or, have a few people had there FUN reduced a little. After all...those people can still get their 'fun' (and a whole lot more) by going to a racetrack.
