The silent blues and two did NOT cause the death, the inertia of the car caused that.

Had the car been doing 30mph, it would not have MATTERED if the lights/sirens were in use.

Don't be silly, Dave. You are really NOT trying to excuse 94mph in a 30mph..... or are you?

Speeding WAS the ROOT and SOLE cause in this and MANY other cases!
