Yeah at least it was Ł50 and not more.
PayPals resolution process made me laugh. You spend an age filling out the form then you get an automated response saying can't help you - you're on yer todd! You can pretty much advertise one thing and deliver something else completely different with no come back.

So the guy is just taking advantage and getting away with it - because he can. But there are legal implications.
