... The powers that be are re-inventing the wheel every single year.
IF M&B wouldn't bu**er-up the rules every year then it wouldn't be like that! It would be natural steady progress rather than those staggered boom-bust shifts.

It would also deliver what has been wanted for decades: Closer racing and OVERTAKING!
