I bet you all the teams who are trying to sail under the Ł40M cap next year are spending as much money they can now on testing, developing, wind tunnels etc. and then claim they were happy to come in on the show BECAUSE there was a cap on spending!

We all know how far up the grid a budget racer/team can get!

What a palava it will all turn-out to be!
And to cap it all (I bet most of you missed this fact out) Max is not standing for the post in 2010! So he's gonna bu**er it up and then *uc* off into the sunshine. I bet he's already booked the next bunch of M&S beauties for the retirement party! Anyone got a camera? This one WILL be in the public's interest!!!
