Silverstone's demise was written in stone the moment BRDC refused to sell it to Ernie Ba*tardstone!
It's all to do with money where big B is concerned and once he learned he cannot do anything about owning the place where the F1 was being held in UK it set upon moving the F1, in spite of the fans, drivers and everyone else.
