Call of duty has sold over 45 million copies worldwide in all its formats and versions.

They are Not exactly on the breadline I would think.

However I do see your point on "theft" issue , but if they sold at a reasonable price , they would sell a lot more copies.

Not wanting to get into an argument on the subject , but a lot of people running a chipped console buy the origonal copies on release dates , then copy it to the hard drive so they dont need to keep swapping disks all the time.
