Install the game from your CD. If you get the choice, you should do a full install.

Copy this file to c:\Windows\System32 :
http://www.gpm2world.com/?file_id=22

Install the patch:
http://www.gpm2world.com/?file_id=26

Install the No-CD (copy to your Grand Prix Manager folder):
http://www.gpm2world.com/?file_id=27

It should all work. If it doesn't, try copying the Wing32.dll file to your c:\Windows\System folder.

Also, make sure you extract the downloaded files. For instance, the Wing32.dll file is zipped up and downloaded as Wing32.zip. You need to extract Wing32.dll and copy to your system folders.
