What rubbish!

The classic Mandlebrot image is generated by the 'equation': z^2 + c. You can't get MUCH more finite set of 'calculations' that THAT and that image is the 'poster boy' of Chaotic Theory! 'Complex Ordered' systems are a SUB SET of Chaotic systems being that they ALREADY have 'values' assigned to the 'anticipated' 'equation'!

However, were your limited summary accurate, you MIGHT just notice that we do NOT yet have the :

" finite set of calculations [which] can be used to model the system "

....and thus, even by YOUR definition, the weather system REMAINS 'chaotic'. We suspect that there MUST be a simple 'equation' but we don't know the 'values' YET!
