France. You can turn the clock back 20 years here.

My kids live many aspects of the childhood I had, as described above.

Of course we have the choice of cherry picking the good bits from the modern world, so although they have a Playstation, they only use it when the weathers too bad to be out around the village. If they go off on a cycle ride, we 'lend' them a mobile just in case and they always wear helmets.
