You just hope that the people behind transforming Donington were not complete dimwits and took out some form of insurance or whatever so in the event of what has now happened - there would be a safety net.

However given their track record (no pun intended) on Donington - I do worry for the rank and file there.

As for Ecclestone coughing up some form of compensation then no way! His lawyers would have done such a deal that if anything he gets paid something for wasting his time.

But as I said - a complete p??? up in a brewery!
