im with bt for phone line and sky for tv and broadband

i keep getting nucance phone calls from bt about returning to them even though my line is registared with the telephone preference service which makes it against bt';s own code of conduct to cold call me.

i got so fed up last week with a call every night when we were just sitting down to tea that i have regestered an oficial complaint with ofcom through the TPS service and now plan to move mt line rental to sky too.
if the industy leader doesnt complty with its own code of conduct what chance have we got.
