Ok, so I get a phone call last night, a friend of a friend has an mx bike and its not running properly, his 'mate who knows about these types of things' says his powerband is probably broken and i'm asked if I can help find a new one and replace it for him as his 'mate who knows about these things' doesnt have the right tools to do the job.

What do say to these people other than offering to escort them back to the 'home'?
