You have proved the point for me......

I was saying that, in the first year, Lewis was too inexperienced to win the championship and that Mclaren should have relised this and put more weight behind Fernando winning until Lewis was 'capable.

You seemed to disagree with my view that Lewis WAS too inexperienced and used the example of Micahel (very experienced) making a similar mistake in Hungary.

Now you say:

..... which seems to support my argument: Schumacher with HUGE experinece wouldn't make the same sort of 'obvious' error that a novice (like Lewis in 2007) would make.

Of COURSE Lewis should expected to make 'school boy' errors in his first year..... but it seems to have been expected by everyone EXCEPT Ron Dennis...... which was totally STAGGERING!

The term "Q.E.D." comes to mind.
