Hi all i am after some advice , have had a very bitter falling out with my farther (wont go into that though!!!) and no longer have any contact and want any more contact, The problem is when we were talking and racing i used to keep my kart at my dads lock up and he will not let me have it back and have now seen that he is trying to sell it on ebay. unfortunatley i have no documentation of ownership of this kart nor does he all i can do is show pictures with dates and race entrys with matching dates . Is there anything i can do or do i have to watch it go to the highest bidder? many thanks Adam

PS please no comments on making it up with my dad etc as its gone pas that . thanks again
