Exactly the point. If a world champion driver is so immature that he has to play silly, illegal games then it isn't a drive through he merits, it's being stripped of his licence.

You can imagine the next time some junior driver is brought up for weaving, blocking or even, as has happened, waiting around so he can ram someone off the track, his excuse to the Steward being "But Hamilton does it".
