weaving or blocking another driver is only allowed once as I understand - I personally think its a good rule. Before that rule came into play several accidents were cause by doing exactly what Hammy did. It is extremely dangerous in car racing, especially F1/single seaters - the rule is there of a reason.
How did he ever get away with just a warning? Maybe Jonny Herbert should never be in charge of Grand Prix decisions ever again.
I could be wrong.....always a danger when a brit judges a brit in my humble point of veiw.
