yep, iphone was not for me......got a touch but need a decent camera, radio (4 hours posting letters need to keep my ears amused)

very happy with desire, very fast on 3g or wifi, android has most of aps i need, bigger screen than iphone but same size case

few cons

iplayer is not supported yet..beebplayer fills the gap but not perfect

another new system to learn but after a few hours feels as easy as iphone with the bonus of a few extras

screen seems to show fingerprints more than iphone.....but only in direct sunlight

like the extra hard keys, got mine on vodafone, Ł25 per month for 24 months, 600 min, unlimited text, unlimited 3g

joy to use and does everything i want
