89cc penalty is handed out to driver as he is the driver and should know the rule book he can be advised by others but the rule was broken by him not ross brawn or anyone else at mercedes.

I thing this is a very muddled decision and as we saw on the telly MS passed under a green flag therefore the safety car wasnt deployed at that moment

this one will go to the FIA court to decide, could go either way!!! i wouldnt like to be sitting in judjement on that one.
