...for some people.

I know someone who is a persistant speeder.

He has just come off a speed awareness course that was thrust on him by the police because of all his speeding convictions.

Did it help?

NAH!

He got done 93 (was 135 shortly before) on a motorway and farmed the offence out to someone else.

THEN got done 43 in a 30, which is approaching 50% excess and will farm that out too.

ll in the space of weeks.

Also, why do people who want to speed, sit on your bumper and try and make YOU go faster and get so peed off when you don't?

Why won't they overtake? do they want company?
