The biggest error for me was allowing himslef to roll back ONTO the track after the initial spin. He knew vehicles were following him so he really SHOULD have made the effort to remain OFF the line after the spin whereas he, gaily, let's himself roll gently backward onto the middle of the 'firing range'.

That's just silly.

Having seen him at the Goodwood meeting, he is a pretty aggressive driver in his Jaguar.
