Good point, Kermit....

I'd assumed that he was getting that option but, when he selected it, it still didn't work. That can frequently happen.

His problme may still be that, in Safe Mode, he doesn't have 'access' via the USB or Email, etc., or any other method to 'output' the file as those 'drivers' may not have loaded in the restricted 'safe mode' set.
