Just make sure that you use a tracked/signed for method. Using Paypal postage is best, you get a discount and the tracking number is automatically entered. Then if the buyer claims not to have received it and the tracking says they have it is easier to resolve.

Have to say though, I agree Paypal and Ebay are the new threat to finance and economies worldwide. They are skimming off huge percentages of retail trade, but at the same time pushing prices down. Good in the short term for the consumer, but in the long term..................

Having said that most of my business wouldn't exist without them! Although I begrudge the fact that they often earn more than me when I sell something.
