I only do that with Looney Rooney (and footballers in general), now there's a thug.
The quotes some get bear no relationship to sensibility.
The excessive quotes merely encourage young drivers to drive without insurance and further push up insurance for everyone else.
Insurace should be displayed in the windscreen, as should a drivers 'license' and test certificate.
A penny on a litre of petrol could be used to fund a basic insurance cover for all young drivers.
This would cover them and anyone involved in an accident with them once blame was apportioned.
