If Bernie can't get a new agreement signed then it might be in CVC's interest to sell the rights while they are still worth something as with no concorde agreement there is no F1 and no F1 means no commercial rights, infact if sky play it right and persuade the teams not to sign anything and just let the current agreement run down then they could (i think) get the rights under the Bosman ruling, bit like football
