I wouldn't agree that exhaust gas constitutes a moveable aerodynamic device, the exhaust outlets have been strategically positioned to best effect for decades.
As for no qualifying spec engine mapping........their argument against banning traction control was that they couldn't police it, so if they can police this, why not traction control?
