F1 is supposed to represent the pinnacle of motor sport yet constantly stiffles itself every time a significant new development or idea brings results...

Look at the amazing developments we have seen on lost over the years, mainly due to the rule makers

V10 screamers
6 wheelers
ground effect cars
fan cars
"dial-up the power you want" turbo engines
etc, etc

Anyone else feel a little bit robbed of what F1 could be giving us?
