Yeah I did and I'm still surprised you can think it. It's common sense that more stops will mean fresher tyres and you will gain time back.

You seem to have trouble answering a simple question so I'll do it for you. Button had done say 16 laps before his fastest and Lewis maybe 7. Also if your saying his time was 3 laps later and 3 tenths faster is that not a tenth per lap? It's common knowledge that's the rough sums.

Did you not see that Button was about 9-10 secs ahead of Vettel and then lost about 7 secs on the last 3 laps cruising to the win? Button was ahead of Lewis by 56.9 secs after lap 64 (the lap he passed webber and it was never more than this). It was 55.3 secs after lap 67 and then 49 secs after lap 70. Hardly much faster considering his tyres were 14 laps newer and as I said before Button cruising to the WIN!
