The police should have known what they were doing being the "professionals", the fans probably had no idea what was going to occur by going through the exit gate? If the police directed me (whether I was drunk or otherwise) somewhere, I'd expect it to be for my own good, and wouldn't presume I'd be crushing 96 people to death.......
