Farrang and Mike, read it for yourselves with particular attention to page 10.

“...outside the turnstiles, the congestion had grown so severe that it was a perceived risk to life...’ (page 10)

What you'll note is that not a SINGLE inference is taken from that statement throughout the rest of the 'report'. It's just left there almost as though the authors think we won't notice it! I won't labour the point but what would have occurred if Duckenfield had NOT oppened the gate?

I'll stick by my initial comment. If anyone can show me that the Police and Officials were 100% to blame and that the 'fans' (at the back) should shoulder ZERO responsibility, then I'll change my mind. That 'report' doesn't 'do it' I am afraid!
