in F1 there were 3 deaths in 1970, 1 in '71, 2 in '73, 2 in '74, 1 in '75 and 2 in '77. This gives a higher death rate than per competitor than the TT, and infront of an audience too. Should F1 have been banned, or as has been suggested, improvements made to reduce this? If everyone was to be consistent in their arguments without using Reductio ad absurdum (Latin for 'Reduction to the absurd' ie taking an argument to a rediculous extreme) then no-one should be arguing for the banning of the TT, but the increasing of safety at said event.
Unless of course anyone arguing for a ban just a troll or keyboard warrior that enjoys arguments purely for arguments sake.
