I am not blaming fans alone.

There was a series of errors and poor planning which lead to this tragic event.

The Police cover up is indefencable. No arguement.

But, who was it that caused fences to be in place ? It wasn't the local branch of the WI.

Like it or not, there was a section of fans who saw football as a means to cause havoc. I'm not saying there were at that match, but if it were not for those mindless ar$eholes, the fences would not be there. A "section of football fans" have to accept their portion of responsibility.
