do you have any access to a faro arm or some other co-ordinate measuring device? You could take co-ordinates of the body and export them into catia then surface from there.

Other than that I would tackle it by measuring manually the height of various points e.g. the roof height, the bonnet height and boot height. Then surface it by creating points and having an outline/silhouette of the car then mirror it.

Any other questions just ask. My surfacing skills aren't brilliant on Catia but I basically taught myself it as we focused on solid modelling, drafting and FEA at uni.
