Hold the clutch pedal half down when vehicle running if there's any vibration through the pedal walk away or price in a new SOLID flywheel and clutch. Any knocking from the gearbox area same again. To be fair any transit thats been looked after shouldn't have any flywheel issues. They got a bad name for it but loads of couriers use them hence they the s#*t ragged out of them and abused.
Also on the vivaro point the disc's have the rear wheel bearing as part of it and they corrode the faces on the disc really badly common fault.
