I don't get this... at

Brands Hatch
Snetterton
Cadwell Park
Bedford Autodrome
Silverstone (except guide dogs, etc.)
Castle Coombe
Rockingham
etc. etc. etc.

ALL ban dogs, some make exception for guide dogs etc......

.... and they were the first tracks I bothered to check and stopped searching when I confirmed it was EVERY track that I had checked!

Dogs (in fact ALL animals) are banned from those tracks.... and they were the only ones I bothered to check. It's ALWAYS been so in my experience.

The reason is simple: no matter HOW good you are at controlling YOUR dog, some (other) owners (not YOU of course) will accidentally let them escape on rare occasions. The reason why we find the thought of a dog, loose, on a race track with cars/karts whizzing round hardly needs EXPLAINING ...... Does it?

It's simple, dogs are not SUPPOSED to be allowed on motor-racing circuits. Someone at 'your' club has just woken up to this blatant, age-old fact!
