If you are right, then the cure would be simple..... mark the white lines OUTSIDE the kerbs thus including the kerbs IN the track

At present, there is ENOUGH doubt to give a field day to give a clever lawyers room.....

The fact that there are STILL white lines indicating the limit of the track AND the MSA say that you MAY drive on kerbs which are OUTSIDE the white lines is an 'oxy-moron'.... probably: 'dichotomy' is closer!! Both CANNOT be correct! That's what lawyers and insurance companies LOVE!
