According to various competitors, the way to improve F1 is to divide the rewards more evenly.

So last year Red Bull made do on a budget of Ł250 million and Marussia went bust owing Ł63 million, all because the Ł1.5 billion profit 'earned' by the TV, sponsor and raceholder rights was divided inequitably.
