Russel to race-drive for Williams in 2019, flippin great news, a UK karter that actually made it to F1 on the basis of talent…...all they need to do now is give the other seat to Kubica and Williams then have a great 2019 driver pairing......I think its been one of their biggest problem this year, both Sirotkin and Stroll just cant drive, or set the car up, but Williams have admitted to a big aero flaw on the under-body, so Williams goofed up too
