I have read some really good stuff above and thank you all for your time and input.

It's all very well reading forums on the internets. Commercial comparators just confuse most issues.

I never know if what I am reading is because sombody has paid money to place it there or even been paid themselves.

What I wanted was some real input from people having unbiased experiance of the equipment.

I now feel all 'swatted up' and ready to make the plunge.

Going to have a look at some Pioneer Kuro 9th Generation gear tomorrow along with Samsung and Panasonic.
