I said the Tesla's batteries are Ł30k, not all sized batteries. I also said they are significantly more expensive then petrol or diesel engines. Which they are. It's not my fault you didn't read what I wrote. To quote myself;

"Batteries are ridiculously expensive (Ł30k of the tesla is batteries) and take an overnight charge to get any sort of mileage."

One of your links even quotes the expense for me.

"the battery pack powering a 60bhp e-motor with a 60-mile range would add at least €5000 to the grand total."

I don't quite get what all the links were about. They all re-enforced my point, its too expensive and you gave me some ammo. We'll run out of Lithium unless we dig up Bolivia.
