I hope they throw a bl**dy anvil at the guy. 120mph in the pouring rain when not in a pursuit, he should be banned from driving and then taught some sense.

The irony is of course that Lewis Hamilton (plus many others) DOES have to put up with aquaplaining at that kind of speed quite often in racing!
