I personally think that they will ban him for the season. Max has had it in for Maclaren from day 1 and he will be at the hearing making judgement. He will impose the maximum fine and punishment possible which correct me if I am wrong is a full season ban. Not sure what the fine is but I'd expect it would be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

On a different subject I'd put a 90% chance on the diffusers being banned in just over a weeks time. They will however let the results of the first 2 races stand, not sure how yet but they will make up some rule that will allow it to happen.
