Autotrack do some good track days at Spa for about Ł160-200 per day but of course you need your own car. Then book an instructor for an hour or so.
If you haven't got the car you want what about doing a deal with a trusting friend who has and split the costs?

Spa is great but there is only one Nordschleife.......

Be realistic about the costs - last time I did the Spa/Nurburgring trip I did 9 tanks of fuel (Ł450), then there's hotel, channel crossing etc etc.

You can get some good driving tuition courses at the Nurburgring with car provided eg 75Experience but again they do cost. Nurburg is only about 100 miles further than Spa-Francorchamps.
