Have you filed an item not as described dispute with Paypal?

Strangely enough I had exactly the same scenario, with an Ebay trailer. Where the width stated was internal to the non boarded outside skin and did not account for the door posts.

However as I only needed to get a Cadet kart in I managed with it and even negotiated a new spare wheel out of the seller, for the mis-description.
