Ferrari did have a veto in 1998, but EVERY SINGLE TEAM did at that time. Technical rules had to be voted through unanimously. The Ferrari "exclusive" veto came about in 2005 when they signed the new Concorde Agreement.

That Pitpass article is nothing but opinion. Pitpass do not collect ANY of their own news. They regurgitate articles from legitimate news sites then write speculative comment pieces that are wholly wrong 99% of the time.

No further evidence has been given and no legitimate news site has reported what you are stating (yet I have examples stating exactly my case).
